Ingredients
2-4 teabags (black tea, rooibos tea, or peppermint).
4-6 cloves
A 5 finger pinch of cinnamon.
A 5 finger pinch of dried ginger powder (wet ginger if you prefer for Pitta types/Vata types).
4-6 cardamom pods, split.
500ml of dairy or non-dairy milk of your choice.
500ml of filtered water.
Instructions:
Bring the water to the boil. Reduce the heat.
Add the spices.
Then please add the milk
Finally add the tea bags and keep on a low heat to the desired strength. Then remove the tea bags.
Add jaggery/raw cane sugar/any other preferred sweetener such as agave syrup or brown rice syrup and sweeten to taste.
Enjoy fresh and hot.
