The Ayurveda 1-1 Coaching Programme is designed to support you to transition into this new way of living an eating.
You will have weekly body treatments, plus weekly mini- consultations to help keep you motivated and on track.
In addition, in between sessions, Sara will be at hand to guide and coach you via WhatsApp so you always have the answers to your questions as you get going.
In the weekly sessions, Sara will check how the programme is working for you, and will help resolve any challenges you are facing in adapting to this new way.
In the weekly sessions, your programme can be adjusted so that is working in the best possible way for you. You’ll be guided to overcome any practical or mental-emotional obstacles you may meet along the way so that you can continue to reap the benefits and get the very best results.
You will have full support for three months to help you stay inspired and motivated.
With weekly consultations, body treatments and/or therapeutic Yoga sessions with Sara, and access to her guidance in-between sessions, on this programme you can find your way toward full implementation of your Ayurveda programme.
