11.15am – Introduction to Ayurvda nutrition
12.00 NOON – Prepare a warming seasonal Ayurvda lunch: learn to spice your foods, prepare the vegetables according to their energetics, and to include all 6 tastes in your food in recommended proprtions for balanced eating.
13.00 Enjoy lunch together & take a rest & walk
14:00 Lecture 2 on Ayurveda nutrition

12.15 Cooking a seasonal lunch including how to pounding grains, sort legumes and keys for supporting digestion in your cooking.
