DESCRIPTION:\nA two week programme with seasonal morning Ayurveda Yoga classes which run online from 8-9am, Tuesday to Friday and 9-10.30am on Saturday mornings. You will learn about the nature of this transitional time of year as we move from Summer into Autumn, and how to best care for yourself.\nAutumn Equinox is the mid-point between the two solstices and falls on September 21st. It marks the turning point when days become shorter than the nights\nAyurveda sees this as a crticial seasonal juncture. How we organise our days and our nutrition during this time of the year, can have a significant impact on our health and resilience through the cold months ahead.\nWe will begin this programme with an (optional) Equinox Ayurveda Yoga Day Retreat on Sunday September 18th. The day retreat will be followed by two-weeks of seasonal Ayurveda Yoga morning classes.\nSCHEDULE FOR DAY RETREAT:\n11am – 12.30pm Seasonal Ayurveda Yoga class\n12.30 – 1pm Guided Autumn Equinox Meditation\n1.00 – 2.00pm Seasonal Ayurveda lunch and silent walk.\n2.00pm Yoga Nidra\n2.30pm  Ayurveda Talk: The Importance of the Self Care with through diet and lifestyle In Early Autumn.\n3.30pm – 4.30pm Restorative Yoga Class\nCOST:\n£55.00 for the day retreat (bring your own lunch).\n£85.00 for two week programme\n£105.00 for day retreat and two week programme (25% discount).\nVENUE: Norton Lindsey Village Hall (tbc)\n\n
