DESCRIPTION:\nThis Full Moon Class should be a very special gathering.\nWe will be in the wonderful Compton Verney Estate House for a Full Moon Hatha Class, with heart-opening, nourishing posture, breath and meditation practices.\nFull moon sacred chants will close the class.\nAfter class, join me in the restaurant where chef is preparing a special seasonal full moon time lunch, cooked in accordance with Ayurveda food recommendations for the full moon time.\nYou will have a pass to enjoy the Compton Verney Estate grounds and galleries for the whole day.\nIn the afternoon, take a gentle stroll around the gardens, and/or visit the lovely galleries.\nWe will meet at the visitor centre at 9.45am and go to our practice room in the house together, for a 10am start.\nCompton Verney Estate.\nSunday Oct 29th, 10 – 12noon.\n£20.00/person\n£45 with lunch, followed by tea/coffee with cake.\n
