Beginning with a guided enquiry based on the astrology of the moon at this time, we get clear on what is working for us currently, what we might like to let go of and what we will nurture more of.\nAfter the New Year Full Moon workshop, this will be a great time to revisit our aspirations and visions for the year, and give a little more impetus to them. also to see where we are getting stuck or need to adapt and adjust. The transformations we are looking for are supported as we transform and harmonise our energy, hearts and minds through the stillness of a gentle Yin Yoga practice.\nWe will move from Yin Yoga into a guided Yoga Nidra which will include a resolution setting to support us to see realise all that we are aspiring to.\nCOST: £15.00/90 minutes\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
