Embracing The Darkness, Tending The Light
A Winter Day Retreat, Saturday December 13th 9.30am – 4.00pm
As we approach the Winter Solstice, the shortest day and longest night of the year, join me for a special day of Yoga, Ayurveda, reflection and seasonal nourishment.
The Winter Solstice invites us to pause, turn inwards and embrace the quiet beauty of the darker months, while also celebrating and tending the light within us.
Through an interweaving of Tantra Yoga, Ayurveda, breathwork, meditation, seasonal reflection and time for stillness, we’ll explore how we can find nourishment in the quieter spaces of winter, reconnect with our inner nature and welcome the returning light.
We’ll be warmly looked after throughout the day. Our refreshments will include morning pastries, a delicious plant-based lunch and afternoon tea with cakes – all freshly prepared for us.
This is a day to step away from the busyness of everyday life, enjoy good company, nourish body and soul, and honour this special turning point in the year.
I’d love you to join me.
