Modules 1 & 2
- 1hr 15 – 1hr 30 minute weekly livestream sessions.
- Recordings of livestreams sent into your inbox each week.
- A weekly PDF for each lesson

- Homework on each lesson in the form of question and answer test, and written assignments.
- Estimated 2-4hrs study each week, depending on learning style.
Module 3
This module is a vaulable in-person 4-day immersion during which time you will dive deeply into Ayurveda living and transformational Ayurveda practices.
This module includes a valuable 4-day in-person immersion, where you’ll dive deeply into Ayurvedic living and experience transformational practices firsthand. This sacred retreat-style space is designed for embodied learning, deep connection, and life-changing insights you’ll carry forward into every aspect of your life and practice.
This module includes bonus classes taught by guest teachers, Manish Vyas and Prasad Rangnenkar.
There will also be a closing address online by Dr Narayan Nambi from Kerala, India.

Assessment & Certification
To support your learning and ensure you feel confident in applying what you’ve discovered, you’ll complete a multiple-choice style quiz to reflect your understanding of the key Ayurvedic principles explored in the course.
You’ll also be invited to submit a short reflective paper, sharing how you’ve begun to integrate Ayurvedic wisdom into your daily life — bringing the teachings into real, lived experience.
Upon successful completion of both your quiz and reflective piece, you’ll receive a Certificate of Attendance, acknowledging your dedication and journey through the Ayurveda Living Course.
You’ll also be provided with a comprehensive summary of everything you’ve studied — a valuable resource to continue deepening your knowledge and practice long after the course ends.



OPTIONAL PATHWAY TO PROFESSIONAL ACCREDITATION
Become A Certified Ayurveda Lifestyle Coach
For those who wish to take their learning further, we offer an optional follow-on training designed specifically for graduates of the Ayurveda Living Course.
This next step is ideal if you feel called to apply your Ayurvedic knowledge in a professional setting — whether as a wellness practitioner, yoga teacher, therapist, or coach.
It’s your opportunity to deepen your expertise, gain accreditation, and confidently guide others on their path to health and harmony through the wisdom of Ayurveda.
To become accredited as an Ayurveda Lifestyle Coach, you will be required to submit three case studies, carried out over three months.
You will receive 60 minutes worth of coaching support each month.
Your written case studies will need to be submitted 3 months after the end of module 3.
You will receive an Ayurveda Lifestyle Coach Certification.
Your training will be accredited with the CMA.
You will be qualified to give lifestyle and dietary advice to support balance and wellbeing in the body and mind.
You will not be qualified to treat disease states.
The Ayurveda Living Course gives participants over 100 hours of study. The supervised accreditation gives a further 15-20 hours.

The Course Teachers:

Main Teacher:
Sara Palmer is the main course teacher and the founder of the Heart of Ayurveda Academy. She is an Ayurveda Practitioner, and a Senior Registered Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist and meditation teacher.
She is passionate about the capacity of Ayurveda to empower each one of us with new levels of self-understanding, and whole person tools for transformation of body, heart and mind.
She has been teaching Ayurveda as a way of life in workshops, retreats and courses for more than twelve years and is held to be inspiring, generous and dedicated in sharing the wisdom of Ayurveda.
When not teaching she runs an Ayurveda clinic for 1-1 consultations and rejuvenation programmes, and loves cooking up new Ayurveda recipes and walks in nature with her lovely Spanish rescue dog.

Guest Teacher:
Manish Vyas is a composer, singer, and multi-instrumentalist, He also assigns part of his time to teaching to a few earnest students. As a composer, he has composed hundreds of pieces, mainly in the devotional, mystical, folk, instrumental and Sufi genres.
Carrying Indian music in his heart, one of his missions is to maintain the roots of Indian music. He is dedicated to transmitting the deep roots and core of the tradition and how it has been used in India for thousands of years, conveying with sincerity and authenticity the true meaning of Mantra Yoga.
We are honoured to have Manish join as a co-teacher on the Ayurveda Living course. He will introduce you the essential teachings on the practice of Mantra Yoga and the healing power of mantra, used frequently in Ayurveda.
Manish lives in Switzerland and regularly returns to India. We hope that he will soon visit us in the UK again to offer his spiritually powerful and transporting mantra workshops and retreats.

Guest Teacher:
Prasad Ragnenkar is a Yoga Educator based in India who has taught in over 15 countries for the past 28 years. He has been a practitioner of Yoga for the last 38 years, studying both, in traditional lineages, as well as academically, with a Master’s degree in Philosophy.
He is the Founder-Director of Yogaprasad Institute and conducts Yoga and Meditation Teacher Trainings, mentorship sessions, retreats, and workshops to spread the wisdom of traditional Yoga. He is regularly invited to speak at Indian Embassies, The European Commission, Yoga conventions, Schools, Corporate bodies, and Charity organizations.
Prasad is a skilled teacher who conveys the essence of Yoga and it’s deeper teachings with ease and grace.
We are delighted that Prasad will teach the philosophy part of this course to guide us through the fundamental princples at the root of Ayurveda’s understanding of this Universe and it’s workings.
We hope to welcome Prasad to the UK for further teaching in the near future.
