This nurturing class combines gentle joint-mobilizing movements, flowing breath-coordinated poses, and mindful techniques to build strength, flexibility, and stability while calming the nervous system. Each session concludes with a guided Yoga Nidra to deeply relax the body, quiet the mind, and replenish your energy.
