
Immersion into Ayurveda Lifestyle and Nutrition Course
This course runs over 14 weeks in weekly online sessions, starting on February 6th and ending on May 8th.
It will give you a comprehensive training in the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda, teaching you how to make positive, empowering changes for greater well-being in your body, mind and spirit through nutrition, lifestyle, breath,meditation and awareness practices.
You will learn about metabolic function from an Ayurveda perspective, how to optimise this and problems that can arise within each Ayurveda metabolic type. This will empower you not only with a new level of self-understanding with lifelong value, but also with the capacity to support others to bring Ayurveda wisdom into their lives too. This know-how enables you to effect positive transformation in body, mind, heart and spirit – not only for yourself but for your loved ones, clients and students too.
