At the full moon time, let’s create sacred circle online as we gather to remember how women through the ages have drawn on the abundant light and energy of the full moon for their spiritual and physical wellbeing.
Strength and nourishment is the opportunity that the full moon time brings, and we can align with that by turning to nourishing, rejuvenating foods, self-care and Yoga practices.
Let’s begin with a warming cup of chai together, perfect for the full moon time (- I will send you the recipe).
Be guided into a deeply rejuvenating restorative yoga practice, which will nicely lead us into breath, mudra and sound practices prescribed for the nights of the full moon.
We will close with a full moon meditation, drawing on the energy of the full moon to nurture our hearts and to water the seeds of our intentions and current aspirations, perhaps planted at the new moon time.
