Class Schedule
These classes blend a traditional Hatha Yoga approach to practice, with the wisdom of Ayurveda. A skilfully crafted blend of posture, breath, relaxation, meditation, visualisation, mudra (energy seals), and bandha (energy locks) to affect a positive change in body and mind.
The classes are informed by the teachings of Ayurveda and it’s understanding of various seasonal and lunar effects upon our well-being. Interweaving the teachings of Ayurveda with Yoga, allows these classes to more effectively support you to stay strong and balanced in body, mind and heart all year long.
Sara’s teaching is made even more impactful by her unique and lifelong study and experience of Eastern and Western mysticism. She spent many years travelling around the world, immersing in the spiritual and healing traditions of various cultures. Her absolute passion is not only helping her students to feel better in body and mind, but also to draw on this broad experience to introduce them to the transformational potential of the Yoga practice.
Participants in these classes not only begin to feel more sustained strength and well-being, but also little by little to glimpse more and more of their fullest potential, and to uncover a more purposeful, healthful and joyful life.
One-to-one sessions combine all the above in a class structured to meet your specific needs.
