Your 3-Day Retreat Experience

Day 1 — Arrive, Settle & Restore

Arrive in the afternoon on Day 1 and step into a calm and welcoming home sanctuary, thoughtfully prepared with dedicated treatment spaces, soft meditation music, natural incense, and a seasonal Ayurvedic herbal tea.

As you settle into the light and peaceful garden room, your time to focus fully on yourself begins.

During your in-depth Ayurveda consultation, Sara will gently explore your current health, lifestyle, wellbeing goals, and any concerns you may wish to discuss. You are warmly invited to ask questions and gain a fresh Ayurvedic perspective on your health, guided by your unique constitution and any present imbalances.

From this consultation, your treatments and Yoga practices are carefully selected to support balance, restoration, and positivity. Notes are taken throughout so that you can later receive personalised recommendations to continue at home.

Following a short pause to rest, your retreat continues with either a private one-to-one Yoga practice or your first Ayurvedic treatment.

Your day concludes with a warm and nourishing Ayurvedic supper and herbal tea.

After supper, you may wish to enjoy a peaceful stroll along the nearby country lane, with views across the fields and River Avon, before retiring to your room at the nearby boutique B&B, just a short walk away.

Day 2 — Nourish, Balance & Deepen

Day 2 begins with an Ayurvedic-inspired breakfast at your accommodation.

At 9.30am, you are welcome to join Sara’s small group Yoga class, guided by Ayurvedic principles to support body, heart, and mind.

Returning to the sanctuary of the retreat space, you will enjoy a warming herbal tea before receiving your first nurturing treatment of the day.

A freshly prepared Ayurvedic lunch follows, along with time to rest and integrate. Relax in the peaceful garden room with its soft lighting, soothing décor, gentle sounds, and comfortable reclining chair — or return to your accommodation for quiet time if preferred.

This is also an opportunity to experience an optional guided inner journey or Yoga Nidra practice.

Later in the day, you will receive a second personalised treatment — calming or invigorating, detoxifying or rejuvenating — carefully chosen according to your needs at that time. Treatments conclude with a gentle marma point facial massage to encourage relaxation and a natural glow to the skin.

Afterwards, unwind with a soothing herbal tea before enjoying an easy-to-digest Ayurvedic supper.

Day 3 — Integrate & Return Home Restored

Following breakfast at your accommodation, perhaps with time for a gentle countryside walk, Day 3 begins with a private one-to-one Ayurveda Yoga session.

You will be guided through personalised postures, breathwork, and meditation practices designed specifically for your constitution and current state of balance.

After a warming herbal tea, you will receive your final Ayurvedic body treatment — a deeply nurturing close to your retreat experience.

Your retreat concludes after lunch on Day 3, leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and supported.

Before you leave, you will receive a thoughtfully prepared Ayurvedic gift bag with seasonal treats and supportive wellness gifts, along with a digital copy of your personalised Ayurvedic recommendations.
