Winter Solstice with Eclipse, Thanksgiving and Celebration

Join us for this extended Hatha Class, in which we will begin a special thanksgiving enquiry as we reflect on the year we have travelled through 2023, and acknowledge the blessings and the lessons learned.

We will carry the spirit of the enquiry into a special Hatha Yoga class with postures, breath and guided Yoga Nidra to bring joy and light to the heart …all to align us with the spirit of the festive season.

After a break with spiced chai and sweet treats, we will enjoy a guided meditation on the inner light, opening to this in recognition of the return of the light after the Winter Solstice.

An offering of the light and sacred chant will close our session together.
