You will learn:
Each week, you will be introduced to the theory and practice of a new meditative technique, building step by step a comprehensive path of transformation for body, heart, and mind.
Through this carefully designed progression, you will learn to:

People who have done a little meditation practice but want the skills to transform the body, heart and mind to make them fit for a more rewarding meditation practice.
- Yoga practitioners who want to sensitise and refine their connection to prana (vital force), and to skilfully work with it.

A quiet space to sit (a chair or meditation cushion works perfectly)
20 – 30 minutes a day for practice

Your Teacher
My name is Sara Palmer (Shama) and I am the founder of Heart of Ayurveda.
I first started meditating in my late teens and in fact came to meditation before I began to practice Hatha Yoga.
I think this is probably why Hatha Yoga, from the very start, has been more than a physical practice for me. It has been a means to prepare for and deepen a meditation practice.
I would love to share my experience and understanding of meditation with you, plus my tried and tested steps to bring your mind into a calm and meditative state so that you might begin to experience and befriend your own heart and soul, and all that lies within you beyond the dimension of your mind.
I truly believe that meditation is the salve that we all need to navigate these challenging times with calm and containment. It is the surest way to bring steadiness to the heart and mind so that we can better stave off the negative effects of stress and the heavy demands life places on all of us lately.
I am also passionate about meditations capacity to transform our hearts and minds as it reveals to us the inner treasure that the mystics have spoken of through the ages.
On the path of mediation, we uncover a joy, a love and an inner peace we might otherwise only have dreamed of.
