Refunds and transfers:

Once payment has been made, there are no refunds. However, you may transfer to another retreat, with a £100 transfer fee, should you be unable to attend your secured retreat place. For this we require minimum two weeks’ notice please.

Should Heart of Ayurveda need to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, then your full retreat fee will be refunded.

We will not be able to refund costs and/or cancellation costs relating to travel arrangements.

Attendance:

Participants are expected to attend all retreat sessions and be absent only with good reason, in which case we will also assist you as much as we can.

Conduct During The Retreat:

We ask that retreat participants extend consideration, politeness and sensitivity towards fellow retreat participants and teachers.

When we are in Cyprus at the eco-hotel, alcohol is served in the hotel, but particpants are asked not to consume alcohol until after the last practice of the day.

It is recommended to avoid caffeine during the retreat to support the effects of the retreat practices.

Meals are always vegetarian/vegan and we ask participants to agree to these dietary principles at all times (even when eating out on the Cyprus retreat).

The use of recreational drugs will not be accepted on the retreat.

The retreat host/s reserve the right to ask participants who are not abiding by retreat conduct requests, to leave the retreat. In this case the full retreat fee will be forfeited.

Travel Insurance:

For overseas retreats, we require all particpants to have valid travel insurance.

Emergency Contact:

Please provide us with a contact name and number in case of emergency.

Health and Fitness:

It is the responsibility of each participant to inform us of any existing health condition, and of any medication and potential side effects which may impact your participation and the suitabiity of some of the retreat practices for you.
